Umweltpakt Bayern / Bavarian Environmental Pact
Four companies from Nuremberg, among them K & M Transports, have qualified as participants for the Umweltpakt Bayern / Bavarian Environmental Pact, an agreement between state government and the Bavarian economy. The Bavarian State Ministry of the Environment and Public Health honored these companies with a certificate of recognition which was presented to them by Dr. Peter Pluschke, head of an advisory department, on Thursday, 12 November 2009.
Thus K & M Transports took part in the Bavarian Programs for Environmental Advice and Audit (BUBAP) and was advised in which areas even haulage companies can operate more environmentally friendly. This included most notably the equipment of older vehicles with diesel particulate filters and the training of professional drivers as to how exhaust emissions can be reduced while driving. Our employees are also informed about a responsible handling of energy, water, refuse and oil.
Our regulate delegate status is approved until the 14th of January 2012.
This status exists for K&M Transporte, Nuremberg (DE RAC 0227.01), the two locations (Airport Nuremberg and Nuremberg-Boxdorf) and as well as K&M Euro-Logistics GmbH, Munich (DE RAC 0228.01).

In order to satisfy our customers requirements (e.g. stockpiling), we enlarged our warehouse capacity by 1000 m2 at Cargo Centre Nuremberg 2. If you wish to establish a customer base in the catchments area of the Nuremberg airport, we will gladly be able to assist you with the needed storage area und manpower. Our daily trucking offer is expanded – every day Nuremberg (NUE) – Leipzig (LEJ). For this route, our rates include a kilogram price of € 0.24, at the minimum of € 46.80 (equivalence to 195 kg). Special conditions by a great deal of freight, please contact our sales office. We will gladly assist and help you in any and every way as possible.
Reservations from Munich to Leipzig and return are certainly possible for € 0.35 per kilogram at a minimum charge of € 57.80 (equivalent to 165.1 kg).
